March's Feature Drop πŸŽ‰

New Features:

Multilingual Patient Experience

Notifications

Staff users now have the ability to set a "Preferred Language" for patients. If no language is selected then it defaults to English. When patients receive a notification from ExamRoom Live over SMS or email it will be delivered in their preferred language.

Patient Portal

The Patient Portal and the Telehealth Visit screens will also display in the patient's default language.

How to set Preferred Language

When saving or editing a patient, there will be a dropdown labeled "Preferred Language", just set it and click save.

Currently supported languages:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Chinese
  • Russian
  • Japenese
  • Korean

Internal Office Chat

Staff users can now chat with each other through ExamRoom Live. Office chat is an efficient tool that can help with all the quick questions that would previously require people to leave their desks or pick up the phone to resolve an issue. Now users can simply send a message without interrupting their current task.

SMS Login

Staff users and patients can now send one-time passwords to the mobile number saved in the system for easier logins. Users still have the option to send the one-time passwords to their email.

New eFax Contact Lookup

Staff users can now search for a contact or enter a number in the To field. There is no longer a need to select if you are sending to a contact or not prior to filling out the To field.

Bug Fixes and Performances Enhancements

  • Added direct routes to profile tabs
  • Choose whether or not to send a patient invite email when adding a patient
  • Moved language selector of mobile video screen to address alignment issues on some mobile devices
